(More customer reviews)I ordered two watch bands just before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. I kept watching the site to see when the product would ship. When it hadn't shipped I notified the company that I needed it right away as I was going out of the country. I got no response, and more time went by. I told them that if it wouldn't arrive within 8 days of my order, I didn't want it. No response. When it became clear that the product wouldn't arrive before I left, I told them to cancel the order. No response. To this day, no response. I have no idea if it ever showed up as I had to leave.
Don't count on receiving product from this outfit on anything except their own schedule, regardless of what you pay for. Near as I can tell, they couldn't care less about customer service. I also have never heard back from Amazon about this purchase.
