Upon receiving the item, I immediately noticed the watch face was much larger than expected and was sorry to have to return the item. Perfect Timing's customer service was very professional and helpful in the return process. I will definitely use Perfect Timing in the future. As far as Swiss Army by Victorinox, it is a quality company with quality products. I've tried many other watch brands over the years, but I am now brand loyal to Swiss Army by Victorinox. Do not be fooled by other Swiss Army labels; unless it is by Victorinox it isn't the quality product you really want. Their watches are gorgeous, long-lasting, and durable. You have to compare them for yourself and you will immediately see and feel the quality.
