(More customer reviews)Caveat Emptor! I purchased this watch thru Amazon from WatchZone.com. I discovered just 4 weeks after purchase one of the pins that attaches the band to the watch body had fallen apart. I contacted WatchZone (the vendor) about getting a replacement pin to attach the band to the watch body. They emailed me back with a phone number for a factory authorized service center. I called the service center and found out that because I purchased the watch thru Amazon, the warranty is void and I must pay to get it repaired! I attempted to contact Luminox only to find out their website does not work--almost like they have disappeared off the web. I will not be purchasing anymore watches thru Amazon to say the least. I certainly will not be purchasing another Luminox. I simply wanted a rugged watch for work. Next time, I will save 80 dollars and buy a Timex. I am sure Timex honors their warranties.
