(More customer reviews)I just received this watch. The transaction was smooth and the watch arrived within a week after the order was placed. It is a very nice watch. However, the watch band is missing the loop that holds the end of the band in place after it is buckled. I have contacted TimeZone123 and will give an update about: (1) how quickly they respond, (2) if they replace the watch or mail a loop, and (3) whether or not I have to return the watch for a replacement.
UPDATE: Quick Response - but was asked to return the watch for a relacement - this was more trouble and expense than just getting a loop locally.
