However, after wearing the watch for 1 day I noticed that it was running 15 minutes late. I thought I made a mistake when setting the watch, so I didn't worry much - I corrected the time and kept wearing it. The next morning I noticed that the watch was 1 hour late. It could've been a bad battery - but I wouldn't expect that from a brand new watch.
