Ordered same watch as replacement. This time the watch hour and minute hand would pulse with the second hand. Returned to Amazon.
Went to a local Authorized Dealer and ordered the same watch. Watch had the same problems as the first watch ordered from Amazon. Local AD couldn't believe it, called their Victorinox Sales Rep. The Rep. said it must have been a fluke so they sent another one same problems. Money refunded and local AD appologized.
I would not buy this watch model, 4 watches is not a fluke. Victorinox quality and quality control for this watch is terrible. I'm sure other models are okay, try a different model or brand.
