(More customer reviews)This watch band looks decent and i like that it goes under the watch so your watch is secure, but there were two things that made me quit using it after trying it for a week. First, the band is really flimsy and is extremely hard to secure around your wrist and the flimsiness also tends to let the watch slide all over the place. Second, the holes are not reinforced in any way and after only one week of wear the band seemed to be falling apart.

(More customer reviews)I ordered two watch bands just before Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. I kept watching the site to see when the product would ship. When it hadn't shipped I notified the company that I needed it right away as I was going out of the country. I got no response, and more time went by. I told them that if it wouldn't arrive within 8 days of my order, I didn't want it. No response. When it became clear that the product wouldn't arrive before I left, I told them to cancel the order. No response. To this day, no response. I have no idea if it ever showed up as I had to leave.
Don't count on receiving product from this outfit on anything except their own schedule, regardless of what you pay for. Near as I can tell, they couldn't care less about customer service. I also have never heard back from Amazon about this purchase.

(More customer reviews)I think I actually needed a 19-20mm band for my Seiko kinetic (which I've had since 1993). I had to get my swiss army knife to edge of a millimeter on either side of the band where the pin goes to get it to fit into the watch. (Be carfeul not to cut too close to the stitching). The honey brown with white stitching does make the watch look outstanding. The stitched ends appear to make the band more durable than previous bands I had put on it too. [$...]bucks well spent.
